Periodic Review- At regular intervals, your Weichert Associate will review market activity to determine if a price adjustment is appropriate.
Financial Sheet- Your Weichert Associate will prepare a financing handout, specifically for your home showing that shows buyers how affordably your home fits into their monthly budget.
Mortgage Credit Approval- Can give buyers mortgage credit decisions in minutes so that you can have confidence in a buyer’s ability to complete a purchase.
